Advance Auto Parts in Raleigh, NC seeks a Labor Analyst to support Workforce Management in daily operations, system maintenance, and labor planning. The role partners with Store Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, Technology, and vendors to ensure data integrity and effective labor processes.

The position requires 2+ years in WFM or related fields, a Bachelor's in a related area, and strong Excel and BI analytics skills. The role is hybrid, based at our Raleigh headquarters with some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, HR Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• WFM Support & Issue Management: Provide WFM support, resolve user issues, manage tickets, and coordinate escalations.
• Configuration & System Maintenance: Execute approved system configuration changes and organizational updates.
• Labor Planning & Schedule Operations: Load and validate labor budgets, forecasts, and scheduling data.
• Testing, Validation & Production Controls: Test system changes, releases, and integrations.
• Reporting, Documentation & Training: Maintain reports, dashboards, SOPs, and training materials.
