Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals for a 100% remote, independent contractor role serving clients across the United States. You’ll complete training, work with inbound interest, and build lasting relationships with clients while guiding them through personalized supplemental benefit options.

No prior insurance experience is required; training and licensing support are provided. Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and prepared to obtain state licenses.

Your Day-to-Day

• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable
• Work authorization in the United States

• Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates Selected to Move Forward Should Be Prepared To:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
