Job summary

Randstad USA's client seeks an experienced Merchant Services Deal Pricing Analyst to support pricing decisions that impact client relationships, profitability, and growth. You will partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to analyze pricing requests and provide data-driven recommendations.

You will evaluate merchant characteristics such as transaction volume, seasonality, and cost structures to balance competitive pricing with profitability and risk.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Merchant Services, Payments, Financial Services, Operations, Pricing, Finance, or a related analytical field.
• Experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on financial, operational, or business insights.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet established deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Exposure to pricing, financial analysis, revenue analysis, or profitability assessment.
• Basic understanding of merchant pricing concepts, including interchange, assessments, processing fees, and related cost structures.
• Experience working with pricing, reporting, or business intelligence tools.

In this role, you will help evaluate pricing opportunities and support decisions that directly impact client relationships, profitability, and business growth. You will partner closely with Merchant Services Sales and Relationship Managers to analyze pricing requests, assess financial impacts, and provide data-driven recommendations.
