• Experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on financial, operational, or business insights.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Exposure to pricing, financial analysis, revenue analysis, or profitability assessment.
• Understanding merchant pricing concepts, including interchange, assessments, processing fees, and related cost structures.
• Experience working with pricing, reporting, or business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pricing opportunities and support decisions that impact client relationships, profitability, and business growth.
• Partner with Merchant Services Sales and Relationship Managers to analyze pricing requests, assess financial impacts, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate merchant characteristics such as transaction volume, processing trends, seasonality, and cost structures to balance pricing, profitability, risk, and compliance objectives.
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment to solve business problems with data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in Merchant Services, Payments, Financial Services, Operations, Pricing, Finance, or a related analytical field.
• Experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on financial, operational, or business insights.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet established deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling.

  • This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Finance and contribute to large-scale planning related to Finance deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Finance challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Finance deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Finance.
