Job Summary
We are seeking a Workforce Development Specialist to support the Workforce Development team by managing training documentation, records, and content materials. This role involves maintaining technical documentation, coordinating document changes, and supporting Learning Management System (LMS) administration within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation Management

• Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests.
• Maintain documents using appropriate software, standards, styles, and templates.
• Edit and proofread technical documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure document accuracy.
• Store documents in appropriate repositories while following data management requirements.
• Maintain and update documentation system data.

Learning Management System Administration

• Follow learning administration and training content standards.
• Monitor and follow up on training requests.
• Audit and update training content and assignments.
• Create and manage On-the-Job Training (OJT) certifications for controlled documents.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Preferred Qualifications
