Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s Workforce Development team seeks a WF Development Specialist 1_USD to support training and documentation systems, training records, and content materials in Boise, ID. You will maintain and improve training content, work with experts, and ensure accuracy across documentation across the learning ecosystem.

The role emphasizes detail, clear technical writing, and proactive continuous improvement to keep processes current and aligned with requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes (semiconductor domain preferred).
• Experience administering a learning management system (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred).
• Experience with SharePoint and 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests to keep training materials current and accurate.
• Maintain documents using appropriate software, standards, styles, and templates while ensuring consistency across the documentation system.
• Edit and proofread documentation to improve clarity, correctness, and usability for learners and content stakeholders.
• Work with content experts to maintain document accuracy and ensure training content reflects the latest process and requirements.
• Store documents in the appropriate repository and follow data management requirements; maintain documentation system data.
