Morton Salt, Inc. seeks a Wet End Production Manager to lead the Wet End Operations for Industrial, Food grade and Pharmaceutical grade salt. The role involves directing activities, ensuring safety and quality, and driving KPIs across the unit.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, extensive manufacturing experience, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office, with a track record of managing budgets and outages in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or 10+ years of manufacturing experience

Responsabilités

• Ensures environmental, health, and safety (EHS) and GMP performance and compliance
• Directs Wet End Operations (including all listed areas)
• Establishes and ensures achievement of unit KPIs
• Manages area budget, volume, and quality
• Oversees equipment and process reliability
• Plans Wet End boil-outs, annual outages, and other shutdowns
• Performs other related duties as required
