Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or related field.
• 5 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Lean Manufacturing Certification (preferred).
• SAP experience (preferred).
• Experience in food manufacturing facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering technical support for designated production departments.
• Maintain equipment documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
• Create and lead department CAPEX projects.
• Identify opportunities aligned with business goals and guide day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to ensure SIC compliance and troubleshoot issues.
• Support long-term optimization and area improvement projects.
• Assist in shutdown planning with Maintenance and Reliability teams.
