Morton Salt, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Fairless Hills maintenance team, guiding daily activities and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and production objectives.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, prioritizing work, and maintaining accurate CMMS records while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising a union workforce preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily maintenance operations and a team of technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• prioritize work to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, QA, and EHS.
• Supervise SAP/CMMS work orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in safety investigations.
