Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Laboratory Technician II in Lancaster, PA to support routine laboratory operations using general methods and QA procedures.

You will perform sample preparation, maintain clean work areas, assist other laboratory areas as needed, and be willing to train offsite in Richmond, VA. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High school chemistry coursework and basic laboratory experience.
• General knowledge of chemistry and general science; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves samples from Sample Control for analysis.
• Performs sample preparation including aliquots, spikes, reagents, bottle samples, and concentrations.
• Handles separation, sonication, and liquid rack setup.
• Resolves discrepancies to ensure proper labeling.
• Prepares lab paperwork and logs results; washes glassware and stocks supplies.
• Purges samples for discard and stores others; cleans work areas.
• Assists other laboratory areas as needed.
