Job summary

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Environment Testing is seeking a Laboratory Technician I in Lancaster, PA. The role supports general lab operations, sample prep, and paperwork in compliance with QA programs.

Candidates need a high school diploma and basic chemistry knowledge with willingness to train in Richmond, VA. Full-time, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a pay range of $18–$21 per hour and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: High school Chemistry coursework and basic laboratory experience.
• Skills: Chemistry knowledge, basic math, organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves samples from Sample Control for analysis.
• Performs sample preparation including aliquoting, spiking, reagents, and bottle labeling.
• Resolves discrepancies to ensure proper labeling of samples.
• Prepares general laboratory paperwork and records results and samples.
• Washes glassware and stocks supplies; maintains a clean work area.
• Assists other laboratory areas as needed.
