Job summary

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Environment Testing, located in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to support routine lab operations. You will retrieve samples, perform preparatory steps, and maintain lab records in a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with basic chemistry exposure and strong organizational and communication skills. Training may occur at the Richmond, VA lab; hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic chemistry coursework and laboratory exposure preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve samples from control for analysis and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare samples and reagents; perform aliquoting, spike & trace, and concentration adjustments.
• Wash glassware and stock supplies; maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Record results, track samples, and complete bench sheets and lab logs.
• Assist other laboratory areas as needed and support QA processes.
