Job summary

Vogelsang USA, Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Municipal Wastewater to grow Vogelsang’s municipal footprint across the Western Territory.

You will manage channel partners and engage directly with municipal end users and engineering firms throughout the sales process. The role requires strong prospecting, relationship-building, and technical aptitude, with training provided on Vogelsang’s pumps, grinders, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil, Process, Water Resources, or another engineering discipline relevant to municipal water and wastewater applications.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in technical sales, business development, applications engineering, or technical sales support involving municipal wastewater process equipment, positive displacement pumps, grinders, dewatering equipment, or related solids-handling technologies.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required, with a home-office base and regular visits to municipal facilities and engineering firms.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic sales plan to achieve annual bookings, revenue, and gross-margin objectives across the Western Territory.
• Prospect for new municipal wastewater business with plants, utilities, and engineering firms; manage channel partners.
• Maintain direct engagement with municipal end users and engineering firms; manage opportunities through the sales process.
