Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Regional Safety Manager in the Western region to partner with leaders and advance safety performance across locations. You will drive regulatory compliance, lead investigations, and leverage data analytics to identify trends and improve risk mitigation.

You will oversee critical safety programs and work with operations to embed a culture where safety is part of daily decisions and long-term objectives. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years in safety or operational leadership.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and OH&S requirements.
• Experience in business aviation, general aviation, and FBO operations.
• Ability to influence leaders and build cross‑functional relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary safety advisor for the assigned region with regulatory compliance.
• Lead investigations into aircraft damage, injuries, regulatory events, and other incidents.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Provide oversight for fueling, deicing, and other high‑risk activities.
• Conduct field visits, audits, and safety observations to ensure standards.
• Support emergency planning, incident response, and business continuity.
