Job summary

Western States Fire Protection is hiring a Regional Safety Manager. This role directs the Company Health and Safety Program for multiple locations, ensuring compliance with State and Federal safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in safety and health and at least 2 years of related experience.

The position offers a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $90,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits are included, along with dynamic opportunities for personal growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health or related fields preferred.
• Relative safety experience in fire protection/construction may supplement degree preference.
• Ability to analyze, communicate, and discuss safety/risk data.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Company Health and Safety Program.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prevent and mitigate employee injuries and illnesses.
• Perform safety audits and inspections across job sites.

Skills

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations

Excellent presentation skills

Strong organizational skills

Effective verbal communication skills

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Education

Bachelor’s degree in safety and health

2+ years of construction safety/risk experience

Approved OSHA 500 trainer

Professional registration/certification (CSP, ASP, etc.)
