SWARCO McCain, Inc. in the western U.S. seeks a dynamic Signs Business Development Manager to drive sales with state and local government across our Dynamic Message Signs and Illuminated Street Name Signs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in signage or A/V industries.
• Proven ability to work with Department of Transportation requirements.
• Consultative solution-selling approach with prospecting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy with Director of Signs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer relationships.
• Generate and expand leads from events, networking, and research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue with customers.
• Own the sales process from discovery to closing, fulfillment and billing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM; meet revenue objectives.
