Job summary

SWARCO McCain, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Signs Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the eastern region, focusing on the full line of Sign products including Dynamic Message Signs and Illuminated Street Name Signs.

The role requires closing medium to large opportunities with government and commercial customers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outside sales, a track record in digital signage or A/V, and the ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience working with Department of Transportation is required.
• Proficiency in consultative solution selling with a prospecting mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
• Experience in working with mid-size and large enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy in the assigned eastern region with direct and channel sales.
• Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities and customer relationships.
• Grow new sales leads from industry events, networking, and research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue with customers.
• Own the sales cycle from discovery to contract, fulfillment, and billing for new key accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Support partners in their sales processes.
