SWARCO McCain, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Signs Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the eastern region, including Florida. The role requires direct and channel sales, engaging with transportation and enterprise accounts, and closing deals from discovery through billing.

The candidate should have at least 5 years in outside sales, with Digital Signage or A/V experience, and a proven consultative selling approach. Travel and remote work are involved as part of the role.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in Digital Signage or A/V industries.
• Experience working with Department of Transportation is required.
• Proficient in technology/solution sales with mid-size to large enterprise accounts.
• Experience using a consultative solution-selling approach.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Strong follow-through to close deals.
• Proven ability to manage strategic sales cycles and relationships.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy with Director of Signs; include direct sales and channel partners.
• Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities and relationships.
• Expand sales leads through events, networking, and research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, from discovery to billing.
• Own the sales process for new customers from discovery to contract and fulfillment.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Support partners in their sales process as needed.
