Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an HV Regional Manager for the Western region to oversee high-voltage substation, transmission, and interconnection projects across the Western United States, including CAISO and WECC markets.

The role requires 8–10 years of HV construction experience, QEW certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and proven leadership of multi‑project teams. Extensive regional travel is expected with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proven construction project management experience with multi-project oversight.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for geographically distributed teams.
• Budget forecasting and schedule risk management across regional portfolio.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HV construction, NERC, and utility interconnection requirements.

• Monitor progress, schedule risk, and budget adherence across projects.
• Lead project executives, managers, engineers, and superintendents in the region.
