Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Ag Systems Technology related field.
• Minimum eight years' experience in technical customer support or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Vermeer equipment, software systems, and fluid power as it relates to service, warranty, engineering, and quality.
