Job summary

Brandt Industries USA Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager of Product Support to serve dealers across large geographic regions in the United States. This remote, territory-based role requires extensive travel to diagnose field issues, coordinate repairs, and support warranty and product-improvement programs.

You will work closely with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams to strengthen dealer service capability, gather data, and drive resolution of field failures. Travel up to 70% is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with heavy haul or utility trailers.
• Ability to diagnose field issues and support repair execution.
• Experience coordinating with dealers and customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%).

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with service and parts personnel at dealerships.
• Diagnose, support, and resolve trailer service issues in the field.
• Lead responses to complex product failures, including on-site support as required.
• Provide field input to Warranty team for accurate claim adjudication.
• Gather and report clear failure data with trailer configuration and operating conditions.
• Travel with dealer representatives to collect field information and support dealer technicians.
