AKAM is seeking a Managing Director to oversee a regional portfolio of luxury residential properties. You will provide strategic leadership to four Managing Executives and their teams, ensuring top-tier operations, governance, and client satisfaction across the portfolio.

You will drive financial stewardship, capital planning, and compliance while partnering with Boards, Owners, and senior leadership to deliver exceptional service and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in luxury residential property management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems and financial reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of NYC codes, compliance agencies, and labor environments.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a portfolio of properties and lead Managing Executives and their teams.
• Drive governance, financial oversight, and client relationship management at the executive level.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and strategic capital projects across the region.
• Mentor managers and develop leadership talent across portfolios.
