You will collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Legal to drive budgets, capital projects, governance, and risk management, while maintaining AKAM standards and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years managing luxury residential or mixed-use buildings.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems and financial reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of NYC codes, compliance agencies, and labor environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of a portfolio of complex condo/co-op buildings with premium service.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Management Executives.
• Prepare board packages and attend meetings.
• Advise Boards on governance, budgets, capital improvements, and compliance.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and capital projects.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure accuracy.
• Respond to emergencies and lead after-hours support.
• Lead staff meetings and oversee property staff.
