AKAM is seeking an Onsite Management Executive to serve as the senior representative for luxury residential and mixed‑use properties. You will oversee comprehensive operations, administration, and fiscal management while ensuring exceptional resident service and compliance with city regulations.

The role requires a highly organized, service‑oriented professional capable of navigating complex building operations with diplomacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing luxury residential or mixed‑use buildings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an open-door policy and act as liaison between residents, owners, staff, vendors, and the Board.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive Board packages ahead of meetings.
• Attend and facilitate monthly, annual, and special Board and committee meetings.
• Lead meetings, maintain agenda focus, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and audits for the property.
• Supervise onsite staff, including hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and property standards.
• Champion hospitality‑driven service and oversee resident amenities.
