Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Loss Prevention or investigations within a multi-location retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Proven experience conducting interviews and working sensitive investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations involving theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Serve as the primary Loss Prevention contact for an assigned zone.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and assessments to evaluate compliance.
