The role focuses on driving growth through national strategic accounts and leading a team of Directors and new account managers across multiple cities. We seek a proven leader with extensive medical device sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to align contracting, reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of top performance in medical device sales.
• 7+ years in Medical Device Market Access preferred; could include Strategic/Corporate Accounts or Reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and grow partnerships with designated strategic national accounts.
• Articulate value propositions including clinical, reimbursement, health economics, and pricing.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to maximize opportunities and growth.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership on market trends and customer needs.
