• 15 years of qualified experience required, with at least 8 years supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to major projects across capital expenditures up to $5B.
• Direct a project management organization with scoping, planning, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Establish partnerships with Operations, Engineering, Environmental Services, and external firms.
• Lead safety programs to ensure a zero-harm environment.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, cash flows, and change management for assigned projects.
