First Chicago Insurance Company seeks a State Marketing Manager in West Virginia to drive growth for Personal and Commercial Lines. You will develop the assigned territory, work with independent agencies, and execute a marketing plan to exceed revenue targets across lines of business.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and Property & Casualty experience, with a track record in sales or marketing and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Property & Casualty experience required.
• 3+ years Personal Lines/Property & Casualty Insurance Sales or Marketing preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth with Independent Insurance Agencies in the West Virginia territory.
• Develop a Sales and Marketing plan with agency partners and track results.
• Analyze sales data and provide quarterly performance reviews.
• Maintain agency relationships and identify new distribution opportunities.
• Monitor objectives and contribute to annual territory goals.
