First Chicago Insurance Company is seeking a State Marketing Manager in Virginia to drive Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance growth. The successful candidate will develop the territory to meet revenue production targets, working closely with Independent Insurance Agencies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years in Personal Lines/Property & Casualty Insurance Sales or Marketing.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Property & Casualty experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops new prospects and identifies emerging distribution opportunities.
• Conducts agency consultations by analyzing specific sales data.
• Share responsibility for planning annual objectives for each agency.
