• Lead regional field sales team of Metro and Area Practice Development Managers to execute national and regional sales initiatives.
• Coach and mentor team through one-on-ones and field observations, evaluate performance against KPIs.
• Own regional performance metrics such as Net Credit Sales and provider credit submissions.
• Set clear priorities and accountability for disciplined execution against business goals.
• Conduct co-travels and field engagements to meet standards and expectations.
• Implement recognition and reward systems to reinforce performance.
• Collaborate with VP and other departments to increase productivity and usage.
• Monitor field activities, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Support regional campaigns and trade shows to drive growth.
• Oversee travel and expenses to comply with policy.
