Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inbound Sales Retention Specialist to support and retain our small business advertisers, delivering a 5-star customer experience post-sale.

In this remote role, you will handle inbound inquiries, educate advertisers on Yelp's ads, and drive monthly goals while leveraging internal tools to draft proposals and analyze performance metrics. Must reside in the Western US with reliable high-speed internet.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and timely customer support to Yelp advertisers.
• Consult and educate advertisers to demonstrate value and ROI of Yelp ads.
• Meet monthly goals and use internal tools to research and draft proposals.
