Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, mentor staff, and align region goals with firm strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee West Texas region performance, personnel, and client/technical goals.
• Manage regional facilities, office engagement, and local marketing strategies.
• Monitor finances, costs, and operations to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Set regional goals for revenue, cash flow, hiring, business development, and client service.
• Guide staff performance, development, and hiring decisions to meet office objectives.
• Collaborate with other units and marketing to pursue client opportunities and contracts.
