Job summary

ECS Southwest, LLP is seeking a Regional Manager to lead West Texas geotechnical and CMT operations across Lubbock, Odessa-Midland, and El Paso with real autonomy and accountability. You will own regional performance, develop teams, and win work across Geotechnical, CMT, Environmental, and Facilities services, driving expansion through client relationships and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering; ABET-accredited preferred.
• PE or PG license, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• 10+ years in geotechnical engineering and materials testing with 5+ years in supervision.
• Office management and business development experience with active client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth and operations across West Texas for Geotechnical, CMT, Environmental, and Facilities services.
• Build partnerships with office managers, department managers, and technical leaders to align priorities and improve delivery.
• Own regional performance metrics including P&L, accounts receivable, utilization, backlog, productivity, and forecasting.
• Drive regional business development by identifying, qualifying, and coordinating project leads and pursuits.
• Provide oversight for marketing and pursuit execution, including proposal strategy, pricing, and staffing.
• Monitor market conditions and adapt strategy to fit West Texas client needs and opportunities.
• Represent ECS with clients and industry groups through trade associations, conferences, and networking.
• Lead pursuit planning from scope review through execution by assigning personnel and coordinating resources.
• Maintain leadership cadence with offices and balance staffing to meet demand.
