Elevation Spine is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the West region. Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of spine implant sales experience with a track record of hitting or beating quota.
• Anterior experience in ACDF and ALIF or OLIF procedures strongly preferred.
• Proven experience recruiting and managing independent distributors or agencies.
• Existing surgeon and distributor relationships in the West.
• Comfort and credibility in the OR, including independent case coverage. A builder mindset and autonomy.
• Based in the region near a major airport, travel up to 60%, and able to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the West region sales number, build the annual territory plan, and forecast accurately month to month.
• Recruit, contract, onboard, and manage independent spine distributors. Set clear expectations and review performance.
• Drive surgeon adoption of Saber-C Avia and Saber-XA, from first conversation through first cases and beyond.
• Identify and develop key opinion leaders and early adopters for product evaluations and training events.
• Work hospital value analysis, IDN, and ASC processes to get products approved and on the shelf.
• Train distributor reps and OR staff on surgical technique and cleared indications.
• Manage set deployment, inventory, and loaner logistics across the region.
• Partner with marketing on regional programs, trade shows, and surgeon events; relay field feedback to marketing and R&D.
• Operate in line with the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, Sunshine Act reporting, and company policies.
