Job summary

Spineart is seeking an Area Vice President of Sales West Regions to lead multi-state growth across West US with significant field-based travel (50-75%). You will own revenue targets, build a high-performing regional team, and cultivate relationships with spine surgeons, hospital systems, ASCs, and GPOs/IDNs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive medical device sales experience, incl. 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Established relationships with spine surgeons and hospital admin within target region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional sales budget and execute an area business plan.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Regional Directors and distributors.
• Lead territory sales execution and drive revenue growth.
• Manage contracting with GPOs/IDNs and distributor network.
• Support VAC presentations and hospital-level education efforts.
• Deliver regular business reviews to executive leadership.
