Job summary

Rollon by Timken is seeking a West Regional Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in the assigned territory and support national initiatives. You will develop annual business plans, manage customer relationships, and represent the company at trade shows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of field industrial sales in automation or linear motion, and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering degree preferred).
• At least 4 years of field industrial sales experience in automation or linear motion space.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no sponsorship available).
• Must be located within 90 minutes of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Create and execute a robust annual business plan.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and solicit business from new accounts.
• Manage customer projects and HTD partner business.
• Target key accounts and expand the prospect list.
• Plan daily calls on existing and prospective accounts.
• Attend trade shows and travel up to 50% domestically.
