Job summary

The Timken Company is seeking a Rollon by Timken Southeast US Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the assigned territory and develop annual business plans that strengthen customer relationships and capture new opportunities.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management and Supply Chain to ensure customer requirements are met, manage HTD partner business and participate in trade shows; travel up to 50% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Engineering degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of field industrial sales experience in the automation or linear motion space.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no sponsorship is available for this position).
• Must be located within 90 mins of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain close, customer-centric relationships.
• Create and execute a robust annual business plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and solicit business from new accounts.
• Manage HTD partner business and interface with the HTD sales process.
• Attend Trade Shows.
• Travel up to 50% domestically.
