Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a West Regional Sales Manager to drive Power Distribution sales across California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and Hawaii. You will manage utilities, channel partners, and agents while achieving sales and profitability goals.

You will lead pricing, proposals, and forecasts, introduce new products, and stay ahead of market trends. Strong collaboration with internal teams and travel throughout the region are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience with utilities or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the utility industry and products; wire and cable experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to forecast, analyze sales performance, and develop territory strategies.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the West region.
• Build relationships with utilities, channel partners, and customers.
• Lead pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Introduce new products and technologies to existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends and provide customer insights to the business.
• Collaborate with Product Management and other internal teams.
• Lead and support regional sales agents with planning and performance.
• Represent Prysmian at meetings, conferences, and events.
