Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Gulf Region Sales Manager to coordinate Power Distribution sales for the South region (OK, NM & TX). The role focuses on building strong relationships with utilities, public entities, and channel partners while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Travel across time zones and collaboration with multiple Prysmian teams are required. The position reports to the Director of Sales – South and involves forecasting, contract management, and driving new technology

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in electrical utilities or related sectors.
• Technical sales experience required; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Market research and analysis of industry trends and competitors.
• Develop and execute a sales and profitability plan for the territory; identify new prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and channel partners.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
• Provide forecasting oversight and coordinate reviews with customers.
