Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in electrical distribution, industrial equipment, or related B2B manufacturing.
• Rep management experience with independent sales reps or third-party channels.
• Familiarity with transformers or related product lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in the West Region for MGM Transformer products and Forgent Solutions portfolio.
• Manage and develop the rep network to expand market reach and ensure full product line coverage.
• Oversee agent warehouses and stocking programs to maintain appropriate inventory for sales growth.
• Develop a strategic annual sales plan for the West Region and monitor performance via QBRs.
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, finance, and other MGM sales teams for alignment.
• Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities in dry-type and liquid-filled transformers.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and address issues to improve distributor, key account, and end-user relationships.
• Partner with solutions engineers to sell full Forgent project solutions to distributors and end users.
