Job summary

States Manufacturing Corporation seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the West Region to drive MGM Transformer and Forgent Solutions revenues. You will lead distribution, key accounts, and end-user calls while expanding the rep network and coordinating with inside sales, operations, and finance.

This remote role in the Western U.S. requires 5+ years of B2B industrial sales, travel 25–30%, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in electrical distribution, industrial equipment, or related B2B manufacturing.
• Experience managing independent sales representatives or a third-party channel network.
• Familiarity with low voltage dry-type, medium voltage dry-type, and/or liquid-filled transformers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue for MGM Transformer product line in the West Region.
• Lead regional sales planning, forecast and CRM data integrity.
• Manage and develop the rep network and partnerships.
• Drive end-user sales and distributor relationships.
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, finance and other MGM teams.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Attend industry events and agency planning sessions.
• Travel within the West Region as needed (25–30%).
