Job summary

PwrQ Holdings LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager West to drive revenue growth for the MGM Transformer product line and Forgent Solutions portfolio across the West Region. The role covers distribution, key accounts, and end-user sales calls, while developing the rep network and ensuring strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include sales planning, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in electrical distribution, industrial equipment, or related B2B manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing independent sales representatives or a third-party channel network.
• Familiarity with low voltage dry-type, medium voltage dry-type, and/or liquid-filled transformers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional revenue for MGM Transformer product line in the West Region.
• Manage and develop the rep network and sell through end-user accounts.
• Plan and forecast sales; maintain CRM data; review rep performance (QBR).
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, finance, and other MGM teams.
