The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership within a fast-growth tech company, with subscription models and software licensing experience, and a strong ability to forecast, recruit, and mentor a top-notch sales force while traveling up to 30% of time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading a sales team and 4+ years direct sales.
• Experience with subscription sales models and software licensing.
• Ability to measure KPIs using analytics tools and drive overachievement.
• Strong organization and problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work remotely.
• 4-year university degree.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic account planning and flawless tactical execution.
• Manage accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting across the region.
• Nurture high-value client executive relationships for retention.
• Oversee planning and implementation of regional marketing/sales programs.
