Job summary

Redis Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the West Coast sales organization, shaping strategy and guiding a growing team across the region.

You will drive forecasting, manage strategic accounts, and nurture relationships with executives, while traveling up to 30% and remote work options are available; compensation includes base salary in the $178k–$220k range plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least three years of proven sales team management and four years of direct sales experience.
• Experience with subscription sales models & software licensing.
• Ability to measure KPI using analytics tools and drive team performance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work remotely.
• 4-year university degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy and coaching for West Coast team.
• Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting accuracy across the region.
• Nurture high-value executive relationships to retain and grow customers.
• Oversee regional marketing/sales programs and reporting.
• Recruit, train, and manage a world-class sales team.
• Grow and accelerate the sales funnel across the region.
