Job summary

Insulet Corporation seeks a Regional Account Director to expand patient access to diabetes technology by leading regional payer access strategies and account execution. You will engage payers, PBMs, GPOs, and managed care organizations and work with cross-functional teams to drive coverage and pull-through across Insulet’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device market access or related healthcare experience.
• Experience engaging senior payer stakeholders across payers, PBMs, GPOs, and health plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across GPOs, PBMs, payers, and related customers.
• Manage account priorities and engagement activities to support access, coverage, and pull-through.
• Build relationships with payer stakeholders across organizational levels and identify key decision makers.
• Partner with Sales, Contracting, Marketing, Market Access, and cross-functional teams to align regional plans with enterprise priorities.
• Assess opportunities and challenges related to coverage, adoption, and market access performance; develop strategies accordingly.
• Maintain current understanding of market access landscape and translate dynamics into account strategies.
• Communicate market access concepts and payer decision-making clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Capture insights across Field Access, Contracting, Sales, and leadership teams.
• Represent Insulet in customer meetings and cross-functional forums to support planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate account plans, customer updates, and business reviews; document risks and next steps.
