Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, Market Access, managed markets, payer strategy, or related healthcare function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across assigned customers.
• Manage account priorities and engagement activities to meet access and reimbursement goals.
• Build relationships with payer organizations at multiple levels.
• Partner with Sales, Contracting, Marketing, and Market Access to identify pull-through opportunities.
• Assess opportunities and challenges related to coverage, cycle time, and market access performance.
• Translate market dynamics into actionable account strategies.
