Job summary

Shared Imaging LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Supervisor to oversee mobile and full-time contracts across California, Washington, and Oregon. The role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and focuses on employee and customer satisfaction, retention, and performance.

The ideal candidate drives safety, training, onboarding, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quarterly margins.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• B2B healthcare engagement experience preferred.
• Lean six sigma or process improvement training.
• Solid understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational activities for Mobile and Full-Time contracts in the assigned region.
• Direct supervision of Technologists and Technologist Aides.
• Ensure regulatory documentation and contract requirements are met.
• Maintain safety, licensure, and competency standards.
• Lead onboarding of new contract services and ensure customer satisfaction.
