Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ARRT/ARDMS or approved equivalent; and Washington State CRT, not required for Ultrasound.
• Computer skills for schedules and policies.
• Demonstrated teamwork and initiative in department.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff work including supervision, hiring, and terminations; determine staffing needs and ensure efficiency.
• Attend leadership trainings as identified by Manager of Imaging.
• Schedule management including timecards and PTO; ensure staffing coverage weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Act as liaison between department and clinical areas.
• Participate in management and training meetings and contribute to policy deployment.
• Conduct performance appraisals with Manager and Leads; provide ongoing feedback to direct reports.
• Maintain and update imaging dashboard indicators and metrics.
