Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business administration or health care administration required.
• Six or more years of experience in the radiology service industry and management experience preferred.
• Understanding of contracting and experience working with medical groups required.
• Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of clinical operations to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and assure compliance with Quality Assurance Programs.
• Develop business relationships with Contracting Manager and medical groups.
• Promote and support the company’s vision, mission, and values.
• Manage budgets and analyze performance against budgets.
• Develop strategies to achieve department and unit goals.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities while maintaining high morale.
