Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training via work experience or education.
• 6–10 years of relevant imaging leadership/operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling to ensure efficient department performance.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize resources and patient flow.
